DMCA Policy for Ai Generated Game Assets

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed on our platform, you may submit a DMCA notice by following the instructions below. If your content has been removed as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Ai Generated Game Assets infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written notification of claimed infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include substantially the following information, in compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following information, in compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement of good faith belief: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Ai Generated Game Assets may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.
